What You Can Expect
This retreat is not a conference.
It's not a packed agenda from sunrise to bedtime.
It's not three days of trying to absorb more information, fix yourself, or become a better version of yourself.
The pace of this weekend is intentionally spacious.
There is room to breathe.
Room to think.
Room to feel.
Room to simply be.
We gather for meaningful practices, conversations, and experiences throughout the weekend, but there is also plenty of unscheduled time built into the experience.
Because sometimes what we need most isn't another thing to do.
It's space.
Friday | Arrive and Exhale
Arrive at Villa Maria, settle into your private room, and begin leaving everyday life behind.
Enjoy a nourishing dinner before we gather for our opening circle, where we'll set intentions, connect as a group, and gently transition into retreat mode.
The evening closes with a simple ritual and quiet time for rest and reflection.
Saturday | Space to Reconnect
Saturday unfolds at a slower pace.
We'll gather for morning and evening sessions designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the noise of everyday life, and remember what it feels like to be fully present.
Between sessions, the day is yours.
Walk the labyrinth.
Get a Massage.
Explore the trails.
Visit the art center.
Journal.
Read.
Take a nap.
Sit with a cup of tea and absolutely nothing on your agenda.
Many women tell us this spaciousness becomes one of the most meaningful parts of the weekend.
Sunday | Gather What You've Found
Sunday offers one final opportunity to slow down and go deeper.
Through guided practices, reflection, gentle movement, and meaningful conversation, we'll continue reconnecting with ourselves and integrating what has emerged over the weekend.
Often, it is on Sunday that the deeper insights begin to settle into place.
The pace remains spacious, but purposeful. Together we'll explore what you're ready to carry forward, what you're ready to release, and how to create more room for what truly matters in your daily life.
After a final meal together and our closing circle, we'll head home feeling more rested, grounded, clear, and connected than when we arrived.
