As we approach the fall season, our bodies have a tendency to be dried out and over heated. We may experience congestion and dryness.
Through the use of intentional eating, supportive herbs, daily routine, exploratory movement, along with a heavy dose of self-compassion, we will reset our mind and body during the month of October.

Most cleanses are about detoxing only, employing harsh practices that bring about intense shifts in the body and are not necessarily good for you.
